Die Unterkunft hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Frau, die mich empfangen hat, war ausgesprochen nett. Schon vor der Anreise wurde ich freundlich kontaktiert, um meine genaue Ankunftszeit zu klären und ob ich einen Transfer benötige. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer zudem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet – das hat mich besonders gefreut. Zudem war das Frühstück richtig lecker. Bei der Abreise habe ich noch eine Postkarte geschenkt bekommen. Zusammen gefasst - sehr viele Kleinigkeiten, die mir den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben! Vielen Dank!

Es gibt ehrlich gesagt nichts, was mich wirklich gestört hat.

Lee and his family are the most welcoming and helpful hosts! The location is very central, everything is an easy walk from there. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Lee made recommendations on where to go and how to avoid paying extra for activities by using the government agencies and not using a middle man.

Davvero una scoperta piacevolissima. Lee è davvero una persona gentilissima e la cosa si vede nella sua struttura. La colazione è super buona, cotta al momento freschissima. La camera è gigante e c’è tutto il necessario. Poi la piccola piscina può aiutare a rinfrescarsi un po. Consiglio veramente di soggiornare qui.

C’erano alcune macchie sull’accappatoio e suggeriamo di mettere una zanzariera alla finestra del bagno così da far girare l’aria e non far entrare insetti ( ne è entrato solo uno in due giorni, ma comunque può aiutare )

We had an excellent stay at Regale Dotonbori East and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and several popular attractions in Osaka. It made getting around the city very convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with good amenities that made our stay smooth and relaxing. The mattress and pillows were outstanding, providing some of the best sleep I had during my travels in Japan. I would also like to highlight the staff, who were very detailed, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their clear communication and attention to detail made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Overall, this was likely my best stay while traveling through Japan, and I would definitely return in the future.

Calm location, very nice staff, and they even suggest where to go giving a little map circling all the places. The host even gave me a little souvenir at the end

The staff could not do enough to make us comfortable. Anything we needed was no trouble at all. The hotel is central to everything but very quiet. When I return to Hoi An, I will return to this hotel.

Hôtel très bien placé. Le personnel est adorable, très arrangeant et plein de petites attentions. Ils nous ont aidé à nous organiser pour le transport, avant même que je les contacte. Un gain de temps et une vraie tranquilité en plus en vacances. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Si je dois revenir à Hoi An, je choisirai cet hôtel.
