Excellent location. You can walk to all the major parts of the town. Nice restaurant. Good selection of food. Friendly staff. Accepts credit cards. Powercut is quite often in Skardu. The hotel has a generator.

WiFi works usually in the restaurant at certain hours. Constant water problem in the room. It is difficult to take a shower. The rooms aren't cleaned properly and they were probably never vacuum cleaned. There was trash from the previous guests. There was sticky and gluey stuff on the table. so I regretted putting my things on it.
