Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, die Zimmer waren sauber

Meine Frau fragte eine Mitarbeiterin nach einer Steckdose im Bad, sie bekam die Antwort, sie hätte doch einen Fön? Hier im Zimmer 208, gab es keine Steckdose, dass für ein 4 Sterne Hotel haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Frühstück ist von 7-10 Uhr, wir sind gegen 9 Uhr zum Frühstück gegangen und mussten uns damit abfinden was andere übrig gelassen hatten! Es wurde zwar gefragt ob wir Rührei etc. haben möchten, Käse, Wurst oder Brötchen wurden nicht nachgefüllt obwohl Personal vor Ort war! Das verlangen wir von einem 4 Sterne Haus!
