Lavender Muine Hotel

The staff on arrival were friendly. It was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was the bare minimum you expect at any hotel.

They charged us for a 'dirty' towel. This towel was only used within the room and only to dry my body after showering. They claimed that marks of dirt were excessive, and tried to claim maybe we had stained them by using them as serviettes whilst eating mango. We did not consume any fruit within the room so we initially refused to pay the 200,000VND. Not a lot in dollars or euros but unjust, and it felt like they were just trying hustle us for an extra couple of bucks. After disputing their allegations we gave them 100,000VND to avoid any extra hassle and so that we could get on our way. Everything else had been acceptable until this point. However after this, we left with a sour taste in our mouth and will look for somewhere else next time we visit Mui Ne.

Everything is great — the room is clean, has everything you need, the staff is polite, and and excellent firm mattress! :)

Ma chambre avec fenêtre et balcon. Propre et clair avec le frigo et la bouilloire, très utiles pour les boissons fraîches et le petit déjeuner le matin. Il y a des croissants juste en bas de la rue à 50m à gauche. La Clim marche super bien (réglée sur 28*c et coupée la nuit)

La robinetterie un peu vieillotte et le pq (mais c'est un peu courant au VN, serait dû à la différence des normes de tuyauterie d'évacuation)

Máy lạnh bật như không bật. Hên phải mượn quạt chứ không là kinh khủng luôn

Напротив отеля есть замечательная бабушка, которая варит ФО на лотке на углу. Очень вкусно. Сам номер ок, просторный. Есть балкон

Дверь в номер не закрывалась, если не закрыть ее на ключ. То ли замок поломан, то ли петли перекрсило
