Golden Inn Hotel

Wij booked the suite , clean and a bathroom full with soap etc. Very big bit that was the best thing about the hole accomodation

OMG , the building outside and the whole little town , the stairways , the elevators everything in a very bad condition. Smell of smoke in the hole building because at least 50 people smoking in the lobby where also some kind of a pub was . No private parking place and the lady at the desk looks at us like where the hell are you talking about.so we parked across the street, at an open place. In the morning we left the hotel without breakfast because men without t shirts are walking around in the hotel , smoking at 7.00 in the morning A lot of dead plants in the halls and it was not clear where the breakfast was . It looks like a menu bit after this all the only thing we want was to leave this hotel. I am sorry

The receptionist at arrival was very nice even though I arrived late at night The next day as I was checking out the nice receptionist made sure I get breakfast before I leave and she served it all herself just amazing customer service

Music from a birthday ceremony on first floor was very loud and lasted until midnight almost. Except that, great hotel

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean

Staff is unfriendly. An employee got angry at us because she thought we are having breakfast at the wrong place, however she realized she is mistaken and apologized. Yet, assuming we are at a wrong place is not acceptable behavior towards a guest. Agitated and aggressive reception. Smoking allowed in the lobby.

We received room upgrade from Double room to Suite. Largest bed ever (made from 1double bed and 1 single) Although the hotel was build in the '70s (as per reception information), it's nice to see they're renovating rooms, but keeping the former style. Marble countertop furniture was reconditioned and is looking really great. Huge breakfast (cheese, vegetables, omelette, meat selection, croissants, butter, jam, orange juice and yogurt) and even if tea and coffee were not included, it didn't bother us (I think you could order and pay extra) Friendly staff. We were grateful they were willing to make us some warm sandwiches although the kitchen was closing when we arrived (around 10 pm). Parking place vis-a-vis (free city parking) Mini fridge Welcoming fresh fruits, water and chocolate candies After one long day on the road all these details can put a smile on your face as you're feeling welcomed.

Shower head has its own personality and it's rather difficult to use. Poor TV service (low image quality)

EVERYTHING! it's a unique experience of stay. The bedroom, the decoration on the walls, the feeling of 19th century interior design. The size of the bed and the friendliness of the staff. Felt like I am travelling back in time and living a unique experience of luxury stay. Very pleasantly surprised!
