The hotel was very good and very clean. The staff at front desk is very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Paramount. The lobby, room and bathroom was so comfy and nice and its really very near from the border only sometime u can hear the horn sound from the lorry and the bus that pass by the border.

The checking in time if given exactly as how we want will be good. Some of the room never ready by checking in time example like the check in time was written at 2:00pm local time but when we requested the room is not ready so our friends waited till 4:00pm till the room is ready. We never been served with any breakfast and we don't knw there is breakfast provided. Maybe next time the staff can help to inform the guest that there is breakfast provided so it will be helpful for others.

The room is big and spacious. Very clean and tidy and my room have sided windows which good for ventilation. This room also have LED light fixed at the tv wall and bed which is very attractive.

The only big thing that I feel discomfort is the hard mattress makes me can't have nice sleep.
