The staff was super friendly and accomodating! The location was also super nice!

The breakfast wasn't served at the hotel itself and so it was a simple breakfast, but that's not really a big issue.

Smoke smell in the bathroom (possibly through the ventilation system, some other guests smoked in their room perhaps) & air conditioning system was not enough on hot days.

The staff of the hotel was absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help us out with anything we needed, give us advice, connect us with local guides and drivers. It was always a pleasure to return to the hotel as we knew we would be greeted by a friendly smile and a nice chat. The breakfast was served in a café next door and was light, fresh and delicious every day - just what we needed !

Service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough. Always helpful, polite and would action anything I requested in a timely manner. Housekeeping also good.

Room size and decor. The room was exceptionally small, I struggled to move around and there wasn’t enough room even for my suitcase. The workmanship in the bathroom was poor, the tiles behind the shower controls were cut terribly so you can see the pipes as there’s a gaping hole.
