晚间上班的小伙子不错，我需要他帮我电话联系其他酒店事宜，他非常热情。

酒店设施老旧，半夜卫生间的一声巨响顶砖掉落。酒店位置太偏，也很难找。

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location with breathtaking views! The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the jacuzzi in our room was just perfect after a day of exploring Cappadocia. We couldn’t have asked for more! 😊

"Pleasant staff but a few bumps in terms of customer experience"

The staff were friendly and nice

The room wasn’t clean. There was a heavy layer of dust on top of all furniture A light in the ceiling kept flickering The shower water doesn’t drain and it floods the entire bathroom floor I stayed 2 nights and they never made the room never replaced the towels and I had to ask for water Getting to the location was not easy - difficult tight roads and bends

Love the cave hotel concept It is simple and pretty it was worth the price Breakfast was nice The staff was friendly and helpful The young guy who received us was awesome!

The bathroom shower didn't work properly and it was a bit hot in the room during the daytime (summer) The town was a bit far
