Персонал очень дружелюбный, гостеприимный. Было прохладно нам включили батарею и дали доп одеяло. Приготовили ужин по нашей просьбе. Завтрак готовят так же индивидуально каждому омлет. Всего достаточно. Расположен в тихом уютном месте. Для души отдых. Тишиной можно наслаждаться. Прекрасно. Рекомендую!

stanza grande, letto comodo anche se bassissimo, carina l'altalena dondolo all'interno della stanza. La colazione è super, non molto varia, ma la signora che prepara le omelette al momento e a richiesta non ha prezzo. il personale tutto cordiale, simpatico e molto molto disponibile che cerca di accontentare il più possibile le esigenze degli ospiti.

nulla. potrebbe essere un difetto la lontananza dalla Cappadocia più vivace e commerciale ma noi, che avevamo la macchina a noleggio, abbiamo scelto proprio una location decentrata e inserita in un contesto più tipico. Goreme e altri centri più vivaci raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto.

Change of towels could have been done more often.

The hosts where awesome! They allowed us to stay for a few hours longer as we had some technical issues. They offered all support they could. The room looks cozy and is spacious and quite confortabile.

It is very sad that the hotel disappointed me. We booked two days in total. It was already four o'clock in the morning when we checked in on the first day. We booked a twin room, but the reception gave us a one bed room. What's more outrageous is that when we told him that we needed a twin room, he actually took us to a room that another guest had not cleaned before checking out. We thought it was outrageous, so we had no choice but to accept the one bed room temporarily. We originally planned to rest for an hour, but found that there were a lot of hair on the bed. My friend and I felt it was not clean and very sad, but it was late, because we booked a classic car to go to see the sunrise at 5 o'clock, we did not sleep and stayed in the room for an hour. After watching the sunrise, we returned to the hotel and had breakfast. We saw the owner of the hotel and came back to tell him. He agreed to help us change the room, but we had to wait until the end of breakfast, and the staff came to clean the room. We agreed. The owner of the hotel apologized and sent us fruit, but we were still very disappointed. The cave architecture next to the hotel is very distinctive, but the hotel is not located in the town of Goreme. It takes about 500 liras to take a taxi every time, which is 1000 liras back and forth, but it is convenient for self-driving travelers. We booked the hotel because of the good reviews and the scenery next to it, but we were shocked and disappointed by what happened during check-in. In addition, there are no restaurants or shops around to buy food, and the only way to go to Goreme is by taxi. It is a great hotel in İbrahimpaşa, each room has its unique layout, the area itself is nice but you have to keep in mind it is around a 10 minute drive to the main busy areas of Cappadocia like Göreme and Ortahisar, for us, being away from the crowd was a peaceful plus. The breakfast was good
