Very friendly stuff. Comfortable room

Everything is ok for this price. Good turkish breakfast. There is a parking near the hotel. There is really warm in the room.But I have a question - why is the price in the hotel desk is 550tl? Booking price is higher.

Why is the price on booking higher than in the hotel?

Just perfect. Everything is clean and fresh. Staff is ready to help you at any moment. Breakfast is delicious.

Rooms are spacious enough; there is soft lighting; comfortable beds and furniture; the cost could be fair if there are no cons.

Non-smoking rooms are FAKE in this hotel, there are no really non-smoking rooms, we checked several rooms; guests had smoked in all rooms, just some rooms have a stronger smell, and some have less odor, there are ash trays in the rooms, furniture have a lot of scorch marks. Also you'll get smoking neighbors. While booking the rooms, we stressed the attention on getting non-smoked and quiet rooms, but we were given rooms facing the noisy central ave, one of which also had a strong smoking odor. When we tried to change the room, we saw that the manager didn't understand what is non-smoking room, the odor in all rooms was Ok for him. So we need to change to a smaller room with less odor, but no compensation or discount was given to us. WiFi was awful in some rooms becauseof 1 router per floor and fair in the rooms closer to the router. Breakfast was skimpy, with no choice, same all days. The small fridge worked poorly, it didnt generate frost. Not all AC outlets were working. Enough quantity of towels was provided only by request. No electric kettle, cups or glases, you can't make tea or something. Wall-fixed shower head, there is supposed to be a shower head with a flexible pipe, but it was absent.
