Ninh Bình Premier hotel

The property was clean and spacious. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived and check in was easy and quick. They filled my water bottle up for me and showed me to my room.

The room was fine, comforable bed and some coach to chill and watch netflix or you tube on tv. However I do not recommed that place. We choosed that hotel because of really good reviews, but I cant agree with them. When we came in to the room we noticed there is a lot of dust, we couldnt to leave our black jackets on the table because was so dirty on. The toilet was not clean, what for us is unacceptable. We went to the reception infrom that we want someone to clean it up because we want to feel comfortable while using restroom. They sent housekeeping but they didnt clean it up ( toilet, dust, mirror - nothing what we asked for). After second claim they came and cleaned everything. If you would like to take a shower is fine, but only for 2 minutes because the water is getting cold in every minute- that is ridiculous. Breakfast was just aweful! And the silverware every morning was not cleaned enough. Breakfast has changed when some group arrived. They even turned the swimmig pool on. I felt like one guests are treating better then the others. In the end they wanted to charge us for some soda what we drunk but we wven dudnt kniw is not for free- there was no information about that is not for free or how it cost, the receptionist disnt inform us about it while she was showing us the room. Very disappoiting place.

Everything is perfect, location is about 3 KMS from Ninh Bình town centre, it ií suitable for people with car. The room clean and nice decor, wonderful breakfast with many different choices of the Vietnamese food. We love to stay at this hotel and will definitely come back one day in the near future.

The shower cabin is leaking hence water flows all over the floor.

The location is 30 minutes walk out of Ninh Binh Town, with taxis costing less than $2. Overall the accommodation is good and the staff are helpful.

There are only limited options for breakfast - the pho is the best choice

We booked a 1 night stay but we also had a bunch of laundry we needed to be done by the next day. Since we checked in quite late, they still made sure our laundry was done by the next morning.
