Reception & lobby in other building Iron leaking water, very dangerous The refrigerator not working properly, and the maintenance man argued not to change it but I insisted so other one was better.

They need to deeply clean the rooms

We have been upgraded from the Al Corniche to the main InterContinental building. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. In particular we would like to mention the bell boy from Sri Lanka, who had been working there for decades, the other bell boy from India, the staff of the 360 bar. We enjoyed also the swimming pool, including the fact that we had WiFi coverage. The position on the Corniche was excellent, allowing us to have nice walks along the sea.

The only nuisance was the road work at the gate, that caused some difficulties for the Uber drivers to find the alternate way to reach the hotel. However, this was not a fault of the hotel management, but rather a failure of the Uber navigation system that did not account for the deviation.
