Salina Hotel Ninh Binh

Lovely clean hotel owned by a wonderful kind family. Very accommodating and could not have been more helpful. They let us check out really late for free, helped us organise taxis and even walked us to the nearest supermarket so we could get some snacks for our night train. Breakfast was great too - lots of food, all cooked fresh. Would highly recommend.

Really liked the spacious and clean room

The host was really friendly and trying to help us with everything.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived at 4 am and the staff gave as fruits and organized as a motobike so we could start exploring at 5am. They always brought us water without asking. Moreover they organized our transportation and drove us to the bus. Furthermore they upgraded as. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable.

The breakfast was really good but too much for our european stomach in the morning :D

Family run hotel, couldn't do enough for me. Great room, they hired me a bike and pho for breakfast. Felt really looked after.

They gave us the wrong room & the son of the owner would not accept that, became rather loud & annoying. Changed us to the right room when we started to leave the premises. TV was snowy. Bed super comfortable. No choices for breakfast, just pho, no coffee. Not bad people but I felt their hospitality was phoney & contrived which made me feel uncimfortable especually when they hovered around our table. Perhaps because we were the only guests there & possibly they're out of practice.

We arrived very late around 1am but someone was there to greet us and hand over the room key without making us go through the check in process. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast which was pho that morning was very good! The room itself was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues at all.

The Salina Hotel was a great find... in Ninh Binh, but away from the center... so quiet and pleasant... rooms were large and comfortable. But the greatest thing was the staff: they were outstanding... Mr. Hai in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to help us navigate both the various scenic sites, but also helped us with ATMs and restaurants.... above and beyond!
