The location and the staff. We arrived very late and Moeketsi was kind enough to wait for us to arrive and ensure that we checked in and settled well. Dinner was served and even provided a microwave to our room to warm up our food I thought that was beyond call of duty.

The rooms are a bit dated and could do with some freshening up and probably remove the carpet as it has an unpleasant smell probably due to the fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay in a breathtaking scenery! The dinner was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and polite! You're literally staying in the rainforest, which makes it a unique experience! The rooms are neat and clean. The large, clean swimming pool is a bonus. There are several hikes possible next to the hotel, we did two of them and really enjoyed them! The long gravel road is definitely worth it! We highly recommend it, it won't disappoint
