"Without the concert, it would have been a good experience"

The staff were so helpful - they really went out of their way to help us with taxi hire and making a call for us.

Unfortunately there was a rock concert right next to the hotel. We were told when we arrived, but Booking.com should have made us aware when we booked. The concert was incredibly loud. It finished at midnight which was just about ok, but then teams of workers arrived to take everything down - and they made a racket for the rest of the night.
