Very nice property on the outskirts of the normal touristy area of kata. Very spacious suites with multiple rooms! Pool area was very inviting. Many more local style restaurants near by as well as a market on select days. Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely return

It is a bit far from Kata beach and it is just off a main road with no walkways, but you can get to the beachfront in 20 minutes or get a taxi.

Affordable stay for few nights in Phuket. Have a private pool.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Spaceous apartment, helpful staff, daily cleaning and good pool. The location is not central, but it didn't bother us, since it's very calm there, which we loved.

The beds were VERY hard, really uncomfortable. There's also a problem with ventilation in bathrooms, occasionally causing unpleasant smell.

Everything was okay apart from the smell in the toilet and the stiffness of the mattress.

Amazing place! We stayed at one bedroom villa, it’s relatively new and has all facilities! Very clean! I’d recommend this place for a long stay, I had worked remotely for several days during my stay, the wi fi was quite fast
