Jerry House Đà Lạt

The owner was very kind and helpful (ordered a minibus for us, gave us directions for sightseeings). The room was comfy and having a balcony was great. A bit out of the city center but peaceful neighborhood.

The bathroom is a bit tiny, there are not enough space to hang up stuff .

Very great Staff and the room is big and noxe furnished. Good location.

The bed was not so comfortable and the room to the street is noisy.

Friendly staff that helped with contact to the bus company

Mold on the walls. Amenities described in the booking information was missing. No breakfast available, no boiler, no iron etc. It’s okay as just a room, but it seems like false advertising to have things listed that weren’t there.

Room insulation really bad and can heard sound from neighbors when showering or going to toilet. Some people could also smoke inside and in such case all room smell cigarettes. Service is not natural and required to demand for everything (water in the room, clean towel, room cleaning), I would have appreciate more for the cost…

nice place close to city center

Jerry is an excellent host. We arrived on a sleeper bus several hours earlier than expected at 03:00 and he answered our call and let us stay an extra night for only half price!

The showers are bad. Water pressure and temperature fluctuates.

The owner of Jerry House is a kind man, that was approachable and helped us with booking transportation to the next city. The team does not make the lack of english stop them from being very nice and communicative. The rooms are decorated with good taste and are quite modern. The wifi was good. Location in quiet area and 15min walking distance from night market.

The room had no window (except for a tiny one close to the ceiling facing the interior stairs), so no views as advertised. The walls were quite thin and there was quite a lot of noise of things falling during the morning. But nothing that was bad enough not to return.
