There's nothing to like about the experience and the facility because I couldn't stay.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this booking. It's so bad and frustrating that the facility is no longer in business but still kept their listing active on booking.com. It turned out to be a total waste of time and money and the staff were not courteous enough to communicate this as there were no responses to several calls and messages. Thanks to Booking.com's customer service for intervening and providing the necessary support. If there's a rating below zero for this experience, I'll gladly select it.

Staff is friendly BUT the property need to be upgraded

My goodness. What an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. They were so attentive and kind. The service was just as amazing as the food (we had both the omelet and traditional breakfast). We would've have stayed one more night if the next day wasn't a Monday. We are definitely goinv back for the room with a big balcony and best view 👌🏽.

The pool was unavailable even though it says it's available all year round on the booking website.

Staff, Mr Mogomotse and the two ladys 10/10. They went all out to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Bed was not comfortable. The house needs some renovations.
