Rooms were very warm since it was cold, excellent service

Everything was exceptionally good

Colleagues enjoyed the heated blankets and breakfast was nice. Has security posted at the entrance/guardhouse

Rooms doors are the hollow type, allows a lot of noise into the room when other guests traverse the hallways Aircon broken Dirty couches/chairs in room

Wifi network working perfectly and their breakfast was exceptional.

Quite scrumptious, big portioned and well served. The warm sheets with electric blanket was a life saver on the cold noghts.

The fact that I had booked a deluxe room, but it was upstairs, and I do not use stairs. There was no alternative to get upstairs, then I was allocated a standard room on the ground floor. Sadly, since I had prepaid, there was no refund on the difference. This was a huge disappointment for me. I struggle to get in the shower. I wish they have bedside mats. Ixobho can be very cold, and the tiled floor is not friendly to the feet after an afternoon shower. I wish they can soundproof the rooms. The noise from other guest rooms was a bit annoying.
