"cOMFORTABLE AND VERY RELAXING AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT"

i didnt have breakfast

the rooms have no microwave so it was an inconveneince for me to look for a microwave at night in the cold. The shower is open and the water spills onto the floor which made the stay uncomfortable for me. I think they must put a small bar fridge and a microwave in the rooms for the guests' conveneince

"Needed HOT Water for a shower!!"

Everything the staff did was great!! Food was excellent quality... Our unit was immaculate. The bed was warm and snuggly and the staff went out of their way to see to our needs.

- NO HOT WATER FOR A MORNING SHOWER before a 5hr trip - very disappointing!! - TV stations not diverse enough - Load shedding contingencies should be addressed
