Bathroom shower water pressure very less. Housekeeping service substandard. Checkin process should be faster.

AVOID. Dogs are served better than Hotel Guests at this Property. Humans must avoid so as the property can serve the dogs more efficiently. We could sleep half the night just because of dogs creating a mess with leftover food plates outside adjacent huts and entire day you gotta keep your small kids safe as there are more dogs running in the property than hotel staff. Also staff is non professional and rude. The hotel menu has a midnight menu of 2 pages which is served after 11pm. But no one took our food order till 12.15 am and after that they say we can only serve dal rice. So after a 15 min argument they agreed to serve me other thing which were mentioned in the menu. Only thing is Great location but that deosnt make up for the pathetic service.

Location of the resort

1. There was limited options with food menu. 2. Not all the items in food is available. 3. For in room dining, things are not properly organized. 4. In bathroom, there are no towel hanger and cloth hanger. 5. For room cleaning, you need to give them remainder several times. Even during cleaning you need to pinpoint for everything.
