Hill Bungalow

Host is very nice and the location is peaceful

We travel during holiday then the room rate a bit high, it would better if the restroom cleaner.

The owner gave a free ride to train station when he saw we were late for the train

Marvelous all around. Great bed, big room, great bedding, nice pool, Divine breakfast, nice family, even a coy pond. The neighborhood is spectacular for walking, 5 stars if you're a Buddhist.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with clean bed linen and good airco. Nice and refreshing pool. Location is a bit farther from the center, on a hill in a residential area, which we liked very much; nice and quiet. The room had a small balcony with a wonderful view. Hosts were very friendly although communication was a bit of a challenge as we do not speak Vietnamese.

Breakfast is quite basic, choices are either pho (soup) or bread with an omelet, plus some fresh fruits. The soup was good and tasty. We didn’t mind the limited options but it is good to know. There was no coffee, tea, or juice served with breakfast although we did spot some mini milk cartons in the kitchen. One day we asked but received a glass of water instead, might have been the communication difficulties :-) Although credit card payment is listed as an option, the host made it quite clear that he preferred cash, and then didn’t have the correct change on hand… but we just left it, as the room was comfortable enough. There are quite some bugs in the room which we don’t really mind, but it’s good to know upfront if that scares you.
