従業員さんの対応も良く、貸し切り温泉もタイミング良くいつも入れて、ドリンクサービスもお酒まで飲み放題は嬉しかったです。 お部屋のベッドも、セミダブルが2つだと思っていて、いざ部屋に入ったら4つベッドがあり子供達も大興奮！ オーナーさんにたまたまお話を伺うと、４人家族で宿泊される方が多いので。との、ことでした！ ゆっくり過ごせました。 夕ご飯も美味しく、また来たいです。

部屋は広く、ベランダから海が一望できてとてもよかったです。食事も食べきれないくらい多く、とても美味しかったです。

The owners of this hotel were beyond wonderful. We made a change to our itinerary so we could cool off at the beach, and we are so happy we did. The room was large, clean, and overlooked the ocean. The pool was spacious and deep enough for swimming or simply relaxing. We ordered dinner and breakfast, and everything tasted amazing. On our last day, the trains and buses were down because of a tsunami warning, so we were unable to leave. The owners allowed us to continue using the pool and gave us a room to use at no extra cost. Then, when we still could not find any kind of transportation to our next destination, the owner drove us an hour and a half to our next hotel. We would not have made it to our next destination that day otherwise. The owners of this hotel went above and beyond with their graciousness. My entire family would highly recommend a stay at this relaxing, beautiful beach hotel.

宇佐美花火大会に合わせて旅行に行ったのですが、 バルコニーに座って正面に大きな花火が、、屋台飯を食べながら、、本当に最高でした！！！！ フリードリンクやアルコールもあり、お皿やコップなども付いているので大満喫してしまいました😊 また行きます👍

Everything is great! A little gem of a hotel with the best breakfast I’ve had in Japan on this trip. Owners are kind but you do need google translate. Up a hill so need to get a taxi or good walking shoes. Rooms have views to die for. Pool is lovely with sea view. Open self serve honor bar. Bathrobes and nice couch and chairs and table In each room. Relaxing and a special little town called ITO. Love ❤️ highly recommended!

Hard to communicate so have a good translate and need to call for taxi but super minor issues! Can order you food in if you want but have no restaurant.

This was simply one of the best accommodation choices I have made in years! My room was large, bright and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the coast. The manager was very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. He showed how much he values his guests. I had selected a breakfast option before arriving and had delicious local food brought to my room in the morning. Drinks, pool and onsen are all provided in this hotel. I informed the manager that I will definitely be back and he seemed to be pleased. The village of Usami is lovely and quiet during the week. There are very few shops but the large town of Atami is a short but scenic train journey away (2 trains per hour).
