It offers the best location to watch the famous Santorini sunset, simply unbeatable

No on site restaurant/bar. Plus we booked three cave pool suite. One of the suite (my son’s) the cave pool isn’t in the suite. It is located a floor below. I had a feeling they gave it away for a different customer. The staff were extremely nice so we didn’t want to confront them

This hotel is very well located in Oia! Is facing sunset, and you don’t need to climb so many stairs to reach it. Very cool cave pool, and room was all white and beautiful.

It doesn’t have common space, but you can go to the pool of they’re sister hotel, which have a direct view for the 3 domes. It was very pricey for what you get.

The level of service was amazing. The stuff was really incredibly helpful and kind. Top of the class. The a la carte breakfast was delicious, each morning was served in our room. Rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished in a very contemporary cycladian style and had all the amenities of a 5 stars hotel. A plus was the access to Aspaki Hotel (the sister hotel) were, even though you cannot see the sunset, yet you can get a better view of the Caldera during the day.

The position was very unconfortable, there are lots of stairs you have to take for whenever you want to leave the hotel or even for amenities of the hotel/room (such as the private pools/jacuzzi that sometimes are on a different level than the room itself). While this is not something that the hotel may control, it affects the overall confort of your stay, especially that the stairs are VERY slippery. Also, another issue that we had was that being so well located for the sunset views (litterally one of the best in Oia, if not the best when talking about a 5 stars hotel), it lacks the privacy, especially during the sunset, when the famous crowds seat just nearby the room or have direct view to the room/private outdoor areas of the room. Again, while this is not something the hotel may control, it is however a key aspect for some guests/potential guests or something that should be considered.

The room was clean. Nice breakfast. Amazing view.

The room did not meet our expectations based on the photos. Our balcony was side by side with the room next to us. In order to go to our sun beds we had to cross the balcony of the room next to us. To go to cave pool we had to go downstairs again crossing the neighbours balcony. The privacy was less than expected. We protested to the staff, we had to limit down the number of days of our stay. On the positive side, the staff offered us a better room for the only day we spent.

Very nice location, rooms, amenities, and wonderful staff. They were very attentive and helpful to our needs. The room is clean and breakfast is a nice (you order what you want the day before and will bring it to your room). The room we got (cave suite with 2 bedrooms) is perfect if you need to maximize your privacy which is somewhat an issue in Santorini (especially Oia). We also had a direct sunset view from our room balcony which is a huge plus as all the tourists swarm to the same area to see the sunset and it gets crowded.

I wanted to share with you my recent stay at the hotel - it was truly exceptional! Everything was amazing, from the facilities to the services provided by the staff. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to visit again soon!
