Excellent location. Great amenities (including the cave pool and the private hot tub). Great customer service especially from Evie regarding booking dinners.

Some of the dinners were quite expensive, which I could probably have researched, but perhaps a bit more questioning on price point would be helpful. The only issue we ran into was we booked a photoshoot but were not told what photographer or where to be until I asked about 5 minutes after the suggested time (I was under the impression the photographer would be meeting us at the property given we had not heard otherwise).

I booked a suite at Art Maisons Oia Castle for my 40th birthday celebration. This resort is AMAZING. The view you are going to get from your room is breathtaking. In fact, you will pass many tourist COMING to the area around the resort to take pictures of the view. You won't have to do that because you are already there soaking up the sun on lounge chair with a hot tub behind you for late night swimming. The staff....I have never experienced such nice, polite and accommodating staff. To say they were 'great" is an understatement. We stayed next door to some folks from New York and were chit chatting over the privacy divide between rooms. They wanted to order wine. A member of the resort came up and started thoroughly explaining the wines available with great detail. He was basically the equivalent of a sommelier: very, very impressive! You don't have to worry about transporting your luggage up and down the millions of stairs as they have a bell hop that will do it for you. If you are going to Oia, be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs. Despite the cardio workout I got, I would not change anything about my stay there. Truly, truly an amazing experience!

It was a little chilly in our room and it took a minute for the heat to work. We went in March, which is their winter time. It was in the 60's. I had a decent amount of blankets and still was able to get warm enough to sleep at night.

Omg! This place is Amazing! The best sunset view! If you are looking to live the real Santorini experience, this is the place to book! Room was so cozy and beautiful with a private hot jacuzzi outside and comfy beds to see the sunset outdoor 💙 EXCEPTIONAL!

great location with amazing view. Facility was very clean and staff was professional and helpful. It's located near busy streets with many restaurants and shops but it has privacy and pretty quiet.

Bed was too firm. For 5 star hotel price and vibe, it would be helpful to have a room service/dining option.
