The beds are comfortable.

The room is too small. There's no place to put your suitcase.

This has been, by far, the best stay I've had at any hotel I've booked. The owner of the property is EXCEPTIONAL, and keeps the facility incredibly clean. Everything is well stocked; and the free coffee, toothbrushes, razors, etc. are a wonderful touch. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, as well. It's not on the main road, so the traffic is nonexistent, however it is very close to the main road so getting to Kinville and the Expressway is very quick!

I honestly do not have any negative experiences to report.

welcome was good! and an area with quiet and fresh air…

but the room was smaller than in the pictures, also if you want to go back to the central main road, you have to walk 1 km uphill! And before I forget the toilet seat was too small.. It was a very expensive accommodation as there were no options in the city. I've stayed in a lot of places in Japan, usually these places are half the price I paid.
