Le falta mejorar aspectos como el desayuno es muy básico y la presentación no es la de un sitio como este , debo decir que se portaron muy bien y que trataron de complacernos en todo lo que pedimos pero si les falta mejorar mucho

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Villaki. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire visit. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the outdoor pool. It offered a perfect space to relax and take in the stunning surroundings, making our stay feel even more special. The location in Oia was simply perfect—close to everything you could want while still feeling peaceful and private. It truly made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Oia!

Honestly, I didn’t have any complaints—everything was excellent.
