TSASKAN hotel

I didn’t see the room I booked, but the hotel lobby is in poor condition

I arrived to Leh at about 9:30pm after a grueling 15 hour ride from Manali. I had booked this place specifically because it was close to my dropoff point and had good reviews. When I got to the hotel, which is oddly tucked up two floors past an ATM, there was no staff on premise. I waited for about 15 minutes before a man appeared who looked shocked to see me. He asked if I had a reservation. I showed him the booking. He said he was watching his friend’s hotel and that he could give me a room at another property just downstairs. Since Ladakh doesn’t allow foreign SIM cards, I had no option to book another place, so I followed him. I was led to a new hotel 5 minutes away called City Heart Boutique. That owner and the man from TSASKAN talked for a minute, then the owner took my details to register me. TSASKAN guy ran off after taking the 1800 rupee payment for my booking. My new room was frigid, the sheets had weird stains, but it was about 10:15 so I decided to just lay down a cover and sleep. I’ve slept in worse places! I woke up and asked for breakfast, as my TSASKAN booking came with breakfast. City Heart didn’t provide that. City Heart’s checkout is 10am, TSASKAN’s is 11am. The owner eventually relented to me checking out later, but I got no breakfast. I watched as he tried to call TSASKAN guy 3 times with no answer at 9:45am. I’d say TSASKAN is run by crooks and you should choose just about anywhere else in Leh to ensure you get a smooth and comfortable experience.

Very lovely owner who tries hard to help. He booked me a taxi for my 6am airport run and looked after my bags for free when I went trekking. The room is centrally located and large. It has hot water and a bottle of water is provided. The room seems pretty clean.

There isn't enough water pressure for an over the head shower but can be used from the tap for bucket shower.

The Hotel was at a premium location and was budget friendly. The staff was fantastic. Love to be here again.

到着が遅れたのですが、予約を柔軟に変更して頂くことができました。スタッフの方も親切です。 部屋は広く、お湯もしっかり出ました。他の方が言っていましたが、確かに夏、日中部屋がかなり暑くなることがありますが、窓がいっぱいある（角部屋）ので、全部開ければ、シーリングファンがあるので、ほぼ大丈夫です。虫もたまに入ってきますが、すぐ出ていきます。この料金では、かなりおすすめです。

特にないです。隣が同経営のレストランなので、コレも便利です。
