The location was very good, also they have their own restaurant downstairs where simple Indian food is available. The reception person delivered the food to our room on first day of acclimatization. The view from the room was goo, hot water was available.

No place to hang clothes, not even in bathroom. Room gets very heated during the day with big windows on all walls. When we came in the morning, ther person told there was no room available causing lot of confusion. He was not at all cooperative at first, later when other person came they helped us out.

Communication prior to our stay was excellent and every time I needed to ask a question, the answer was there within just a few minutes. We actually stayed at the hotel 4 times between our different side trips which gives you an idea of how we felt about the place. It is ideally located just a minute's walk to the Main Bazaar. There is an electric water heater in the bathroom which gives you control over when you have hot water. There was mineral water left in the room on each occasion of our stay as well as a small bottle of shampoo and soap. The place is straightforward but clean and the rooms are really large. RECOMMEND - GREAT VALUE

Room is specious.

Only one caretaker, nobody clean the room after getting in, no hand shower in bathroom, and 2nd floor, no lift available and there is no room heater.
