It was all good. No complaints.

The location was really good, our favourite restaurants were in walkable distance and at night it was really quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time! The room was spacious, the beds comfy, the shower and toilet clean. We loved the location - just 4 min walk from the walking street, and 2 min walk from the closest 7/11. We loved that everyday we were provided with new bottles of mineral water, toilet paper and towels. We loved that the shower and toilet were seperared.

After seeing all of the great reviews we decided to book here and I have very mixed feelings about it. On one hand, there was really nothing bad to say about the hotel: It’s clean, the service is great, the price is nice, the communication was just fine and I felt like any problem I had they were quick to solve and very open to help.

The problem I had wasn’t what the hotel had but more of what it doesn’t have. The place is old, the locks on the door are physical locks and the decor is outdated. There is no pool, no real lounge, no restaurant, no view, room was serviced once during our 3 night stay. None of the things you really come to expect from a decent hotel. After staying here 3 nights, we found a place that for only 300 baht more had all of those things, in addition to being right by the river with expansive views of the mountains and river. I guess it’s all down to budget but I feel like for the price there should be more value.

Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk to the main walking street. The room was very clean, fresh towels and bottled water delivered to the room each day. The AC was excellent and very quiet at night. Pop who worked at reception was very nice and friendly and went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
