Breakfast was fine

Service was bad. There was no room service after 9pm. Also Iftar was not served in time and was made to wait for more than half an hour after the prayer.

I like the place near the downtown.

The reception does not pay attention to the guests. It is very difficult to communicate with the utilities of the hotel as well as the room boy and the reception. The supervisor of the breakfast area on the 1st floor is not accommodating He is always looking at the food you're taking. The air-conditioning system seems no maintenance due to high sound. The espresso maker is not working only only on display.

Breakfast quality was far below what we paid. The coffee machine often didn’t work properly, the coffee tasted bad, and staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, as if we were eating for free. Some dishes were tasty, but there were almost no vegetarian or light options, which was a big problem for guests with sensitive stomachs. There were many salads, cheeses and side items, but the main hot dishes and variety were lacking. The swimming pool area needs improvement in water cleanliness, shower facilities, changing rooms, and guest privacy, especially controlling direct entry when someone is already in the pool. Staff behaviour also needs to improve, particularly for those dealing with hotel guests and school groups, and reception staff should speak multiple languages, at least good English.
