Fantastic location. Very good tram links to the city centre. Restaurants and bars nearby. Very quiet and peaceful.

When I arrived staff were busy with the restaurant. I was given my room key and told the room was on the first floor. That's the only contact I had with anyone so didn't feel particularly welcomed.
