Only the reception area was neat and clean. Location was fair enough as you can find lots of shops for food and supplies.

Cleanliness was a major issue. The moment we checked in, there was a cigarette smell coming from the rooms. After a while, there was a terrible smell coming from the washrooms. We have complained several times, but nothing was fixed. Asked for a refund as we couldn't bear the smell, got rejected even for changing the room. Carpets and Sofas were trash. Wifi was working like trashy 3G. Room makeup service was terrible as well. One more major thing, they have misguided people with false images. The pictures on booking.com shows that the two bedroom apartment has stove, washing machine and a spacious lounge but in reality they don't offer stoves or washing machines or even spacious lounge in the two bedroom apartments.

The only thing was availability, as we booked on very last moment for this Hotel.

The apartment was not cleaned well; the floor was dirty, and there were no toiletries except for soap and shampoo. Additionally, there was only one towel for two bathrooms. The lounge was very small. Although parking was available in the basement, it was practically unusable due to poor design. There were too many pillars, making it difficult to park, and the curve at the entrance was too steep for a sedan. As a result, I had to park on the road for the entire stay. The rooms were smelly, and the pictures shown during booking were different from the actual rooms. Also, price was too high as compare the to the Over all room and services provided.

actually, one of receptionist behavior was bad, even he was not giving the invoice and contract copies. when I requested, he just given me the picture of contract, this is not his good attitude.

washrooms were congested and shower handle were broken, no tissue were there.

Once I wrote 'Complinet' on the booking, the hotel reached out to me, apologizing for what happened during my last trip. I believe they mentioned that there was a problem in the system that morning, which is why they couldn't provide the invoice initially. However, they eventually provided the invoice. It's really nice to see this, as it shows they take customer reviews and feedback seriously.
