"Bad experience from the reception"

Thank s to the receptionnist from bangladesh i think he was kind and honest

No credibility regarding price list showed in reception as the egyptian receptionnist refused to provide the real price by night when asked him suggesting non official discount🤔 No enought towels provided no suffisent shower gel low water flow in bathroom

I didn't like anything the way the receptionist was talking, and we reserved two rooms, and when we reached there, they hadn't reserved it for us even though I called and confirmed and informed them that by messaging
