The hotel was clean.

The recepcionist didn't help us sorting out a place for dinner. When we were doing check out, they asked us 75 SAR for a towel that was ripped. The towel was really old, and the staff went straight away to check the towels! Obviously that towel was not ours, they have that towel to rip off the clients! We refused to pay and the said they will not charge us. Later they asked booking.com to charge us 95 SAR! They are not honest at all and try to rip off the clients!

vicinity to all major attractions in abha Very Good hotel, staff, and especially very good receptionist Mr. Ala, made us very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and good for family .. clean beds, and furniture.. tea, coffee, towels and toiletries etc were already available in room Breakfast was served at room for convenience .. overall a good experience
