Can’t tell anything

We booked at 1-2 pm, Called manager about arrival time. She was giving slurred replies, about road closures or kitchen will not be available, or it’s hard to organise breakfast due to Balinese holiday. When we arrived - it was very dark outside. Hotel was closed. landlord went out and told us that he was not going to check us in. Did not even try to help or solve the problem. Very disappointed about this experience. In the middle of the night to get on the street under the rain.

Excellent room. Calm and beautiful surroundings.we felt very welcome and enjoyed the time at the pool. Massage at the pool was great too. The food wasn't anything special, but neither bad. There was free water supplies and since we had a scooter it was great to ve within Amed within 3 min.

The sound of the pool-pump could have been more quiet. But thats all 😅

Very quite and peaceful, clean pool and nice garden, meals are available 3 times a days if you request. The staff were helpful but not all of them could speak English. If you want to stay away from busy streets this is a good option.

The road leading to the hotel is really bumpy and no street light so quite dangerous to ride bike/drive back late at night. The manager is not always available so it was troublesome for me on the 1st day.

The bungalow is so nice and chill, the environment is quiet. Good place to relax and heal yourself.
