Man at the reception was very helpfull.helped me rent a van with driver at a very good price.went to money changer with me and helped me alp the way.complimentary fruits were served which were amazing.nice andbhelpfull staff

Tooo many mosquitos.make sure the window is closed.the window was open and we didnt know.when we woke up our face n body was a disaster.

Breakfast was good

Not clean and everything was old and terribly used

Staff, Cleanliness, Breakfast staff found very cooperative and found room ready on daily basis with clean towels and other items. never lost or found things missing from the room even we kept items open so people are honest.

Rooms are not having blackouts and as Baku is known for very early riser its become bright at early morning, so rooms must be provided with black out curtains. rest all things found satisfactory and recommended.

They pretend to be 4 stars but actully its not 4 stars, somehow hotel is good. breakfast is not so good but better than many other hotels. staff is really friendly, cleaning is good. locaiton is not good as its far from the tourist areas.
