Excellent Location with new furniture

Excellent Location at the centre of Nizami square. Near supermarket, Kebab shop and Nizami walk.

First of all its not an Hotel, its a guess house. So do not expect any hotel kind of experience. Only thing good about this place is location. Right at the center of Nizami Street. Not good for family, place is good only if you are interested in loction. But there are many many god options nearby at less rate. My bad luck was I already paid in advance.

Rude staff, very uncooperative with lot of attitude.

All and every thing was excellent

Amazing location right in the beautiful center, could reach any spot we wanted in less than 5-10mins by walk. The breakfast was also nice, though would be better if staff said where to go, because we got lost a little bit, especially because the restaurant with included breakfast is located in the shopping mall. We got lucky with the view in the city park, it was amazing especially in the evening, though a little bit loud sometimes.

Firstly, the English level of receptionist was a little bit lower than average, we had some misunderstandings, so I needed to talk much slower, tho it was absolutely respectable and fine for me. In the room the toilet flush wasn’t working, but we could repair it easily by opening the water on the pump for the toilet, though don’t understand why it was turned off. What made me disappointed: when I put my jacket in the wardrobe there I found an alive cockroach which was hiding in the door holder. Needed to wait for him to go out and kill… And the cleaning of the room was not really good: the beds were made but the bedsheets remained the same, with dirt and sometimes somehow even dirtier, the same with bath towels.
