Peace be upon you. I had to cancel this reservation because upon arrival the hotel informed us that it is not possible to book through this program and that we must book directly through the hotel reception desk. The reservation was actually made through the reception desk. This has been going on for 12 days and the amount we paid to the program for the reservation has not been refunded. What should we do?

Clean and location was v good. Prime location in ghe middle of nizami street.

Best location, right on Nizami Street, all restaurants nearby, basic facilities available, breakfast same every day, can provide better options, restaurant staff looks very rude, cleaning is good. 1 rating less because of restaurant, else all good 👍

Not a clean property in general, inaccurate information of unit compared to what you get , no sufficient blankets, no spoons, very rude staff at check in, cuts the phone when you call for any inquiry! Location is very good , but you will have to get help with your luggage always, as their is no direct car access or road in front of the property.
