What I liked: • Excellent location • Impeccable cleanliness • Friendly and helpful staff

What I disliked: • The room’s wall insulation was extremely poor. Without the air conditioner running, the room became uncomfortably warm. However, when the AC was turned on—even at the lowest setting—for just 15–20 minutes, the room quickly turned too cold. This constant temperature swing created an unhealthy environment, and I ended up getting sick due to the cold air stream and abrupt changes. Room 302 was particularly problematic in this regard. I strongly suggest improving the insulation or adjusting the pricing, as the current price feels too high for the experience offered.

It was a very big clean room. The staff’s were very helpful especially Kanan! We could see flame towers from our room terrace! Baku is a lovely place and people are very helpful and welcoming!

Swimming pool could have been bigger. The information about mandatory cap in swimming pool was not available to us. So we had to rent cap there. The breakfast was ok! Not many options. Also, they make fresh omelette about which there was no information. We came to know only when we saw few people eat omelette. But staffs were very responsive and immediately took our orders! Also, per day 2 bottles of drinking water was given. If we needed more, then we should pay. I wish there were no charges for drinking water!
