"Отличный отель в своей ценовой категории"

Всё вполне нормальное, номера, гостинца, ресепшн. На -1 есть бассейн и две парилки, всё работало. Бассейн немного подустал, думаю надо провести профилактику. Завтрак приемлем, без изысков, но всё есть - напитки, горячее, закуски, сладкое, фрукты. Можно заказать отдельно хороший кофе.

"Baku molto bella, dintorni interessanti e particolarmente affascinanti"

Colazione accettabile normale,posizione ottima vicinissima alla fermata del metro e non troppo lontano dal centro raggiungibile anche in circa 1,5 km a piedi.

La camera caldissima anche dopo aver spento il termo,il rumore continuo di condizionatori esterni vicini alla nostra finestra che probabilmente visto il freddo fungevano da pompe di calore,e l'odore della cucina che saliva in camera.

"NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES"

Not a single thing i liked.

WORST Experience Ever at Park Inn Baku I had the most horrible stay at Park Inn in Baku, and I genuinely regret booking this hotel through Booking.com. This place is NOT for families at all , it felt extremely shady from the moment we entered. People were literally coming in drunk and vomiting, and no one from the hotel staff bothered to control the situation. The staff behavior is unbelievably bad. The reception guy with glasses in the evening shift was so rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, he talks in a disrespectful tone and acts as if we are disturbing him. The hotel corridors stink, and the cleanliness is nowhere near what they claim online. Our room AC sounded like a generator, making it impossible to sleep. Even after complaining multiple times, no one came to fix it. They simply didn’t care. This hotel ruined our experience in Baku. I strongly do NOT recommend this pathetic hotel. I honestly wish I could give a negative rating because even 1 star feels too generous. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this place.
