USI loved staying at Hotel du Pont. The hotel is right in the centre of town next to a rushing stream. It's a classic traditional Swiss town hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful (I had the venison) and the restaurant, obviously a favorite for locals as well as guests, is a bustling, happy place for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was personally laid out for me - again the breakfast room had a pleasant 'buzz' to it. My room overlooked one of the main streets in town, ideally situated. I was on a bicycle trip and they let me store my bike inside next to the restaurant- very convenient.
I can't think of anything I didn't like about the hotel.
