"Einmal ist genug"

Ruhige Lage, zentral

Kein Personal an der Rezeption, auch per Telefon (nur Telefonbeantworter, ohne Rückruf) oder schriftlich über Booking.com nicht erreichbar. Zugang zum Hotel nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich, aber es gibt keine Erklärung, wo neben oder hinter der Tür sich die Sensoren befinden. So konnte ich über 3 Stunden das Hotel nicht mehr betreten, war ausgesperrt!
