The views from our room were amazing, staff helpful in organising tuk tuks into town, breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was as described with air con and mosquito nets. Very good value for money

Tutto! La struttura è una deliziosa oasi di pace e relax poco lontano dal centro della città di Ella che è molto caotico e pullula di turisti. I ragazzi dello staff sono incredibilmente gentili e di cuore, la stanza era gigantesca con un meraviglioso balcone vista natura, perfetto per rilassarsi. Sia stanza che bagno erano puliti e profumati. Lo staff offre la possibile di accompagnarvi in centro in tuktuk per sole 500rs (prezzo più che onesto!). Inoltre, fatevi indicare dallo staff il piccolo cammino poco conosciuto che vi permette, seguendo i binari della ferrovia, di raggiungere il centro con una breve passeggiata nella natura.

Staying at 3 Arch Eco Cottage was a wonderful experience and it's a place I'd highly recommend for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was quite good; the true highlight, however, was the balcony, which offered a gorgeous, sprawling view of the surrounding nature. The staff were a huge part of what made our stay so great. They were exceptionally helpful, kind and accommodating. Their in-house tuk-tuk service was a lifesaver—they were able to pick us up and drop us off for a very reasonable rate, which was a huge convenience given the hotel's remote location. They even went out of their way to pick up a dinner order for us from the city center.

There were a couple of minor issues. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent at times, and the Wi-Fi was out for most of our stay, which they mentioned was due to a weather disruption. However, these small things didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. While the remote location is part of the charm, it's worth noting that it can be a bit challenging to get to. Most local tuk-tuk drivers weren't willing to make the trip, so the hotel's service was essential. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need to go to the main city center, which is about a 25-minute walk on a hilly road or a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away.

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in a very beautiful nature. You had this cinematic view of wild nature in your balcony. The staff members were very friendly. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Ella city centre and the staff is taking you wherever you need on a tuk tuk.

The stairs to the rooms are not very comfortable, but the staff is helping you with everything.

Lovely cottage, great location - only 5-6 mins via tuk tuk into the city centre, a 25 min walk to the bridge. They have a tuk tuk service which makes it really easy to get around, very fair pricing. The view and room is beautiful. A big breakfast spread. Lovely welcoming staff

Very basic amenities Also the bathroom is open/connected to the room so I’d recommend staying here with someone you are very very comfortable with because you can hear every single movement with echo + smell everything going on in there. But would be perfect if you were staying alone
