Tip Top Boutique hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent post with a wonderful view . Any issues relating to access have been completely resolved the hotel have two TukTuks to take you to and from the main road, we just called them when we were getting close and the TukTuk would be sent for us, we never waited more that two or three minutes

We stayed in the family room, which offered stunning views over the pool and the breathtaking landscape of Ella — including a direct view of the iconic Nine Arch Bridge. This was a real highlight for us, especially for our train-obsessed son who loved watching the trains wind their way through the hills. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with two separate bedrooms and two large beds in each room. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was also a standout — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. We felt truly welcomed and would happily return.

The bedroom doors were quite heavy and a little creaky, so they might benefit from some maintenance. There was also an issue with us locking the bathroom door and hurting our knuckles- just a different design to what we are used to. The furniture on the balcony is a bit light and would blow across the bacony when it was very windy. Those were minor issues in an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel and the view

One staff member was not so nice. Had to take Tuk Tuks to reach the hotel as our Van driver did not want to take the van to the top as it was difficult for him to turm. Wish there was a better selection for vegan meals.

Everything was amazing, the view, the balcony, the breakfast.

Just think the room insonorization is weak. During the night lots of noise from the guests screaming and talking too loud.

1. Nice view of the 9 arch bridge from the balcony. 2. Room was huge with two queen sized beds and a single bed. 3. Staff were friendly and helpful. 4. Huge bathtub and a really nice and big washroom.

Long way to the rooms. Have to go down uneven steps and steep pathways. Not suitable for people who have trouble walking

The hotel is about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away from the Main Street in Ella and is nestled into the hills. Our room had an incredible balcony which allowed us panoramic views of the gorgeous landscape. We could see nine arch bridge and amazing sunsets. The 2nd pull factor for this hotel is the service. The staff were all so kind and friendly and made whatever we needed happen. Would highly recommend.
