Petit déjeuner très bien. Personne parfait.

Nous ne dormions pas dans l’hôtel comme prévu et paye , mais dans une annexe au-dessus d’un bistrot avec des escaliers et des escaliers !!! Dommage !!!

If I had to pick 1 thing..the bed was a little to firm...but that's a personal choice.

Dysfonctionnement du frigo de la chambre pendant 2 jours : porte laissée ouverte par le personnel, dégivrage et flaque d'eau dans la chambre nous empêchant de mettre nos bouteilles d'eau au frais! : nous avons bu chaude la bouteille de bulles offerte à notre arrivée !

Location, building history, staff and breakfast

Room sadly not particularly comfortable, very noisy all through night with boiler and air conditioning . Only stayed one night. Larger suites may be better?

Hotel antigo, muito bonito, mas precisa de reforma. Cafe da manha com boa variedade, mas o serviço nao é bom. Apenas um funcionario carregando a bandeja para servir nas mesas. Exige muito do funcionario e a demora no atendimento é grande. Nao é nada prático o sistema.

The accommodation is in a very good location near the centre of Thira. All the staff there are excellent especially the young lady on reception. The breakfast is very good but could benefit from having some choice as there is a lot of food wasted when so much is brought out on a tray.

Initially we were in a room that was not as stated on booking.com although it was a big apartment consisting of two rooms, it was not attached to the main building and overlooked a scruffy car park for rental companies this location seemed also noisy with dogs barking at night. We were moved after the first night after complaining to the receptionist. If we were in this all holiday 4 nights I would have rated the property a 3. The new room was much better, but all the rooms could do with their doors painting and our bathroom had completely wonky loose toilet seat. There needs to be some money spent for me to say this is truly a 4 star. My nightly rate was expensive, the most expensive on our 16 night 4 island holiday yet other properties rooms were better and cheaper, but I suppose partly due to it being Santorini. There is a good pool but it is mainly in the shade due to building and tree.
