Room facilities are very nice and it was 100% clean. Staff and management are very kind and very helpful. Location also has awesome views. Meals are from the honey cafe (near the accommodation) it's was delicious 😋 Recommend ♥️

Nice view from balcony

SO many ants in our room, especially in the bathroom. Hundreds if not thousands of ants both dead and alive. Shower is either burning hot or very cold. No in between. Shower pressure is almost non existent. Stuff from ceiling would fall down on the bed. We had dinner at their restaurant and they tried to make us overpay for the food. Took forever to get the bill and when they finally had the bill ready, they didn’t have any change. Location is very far from town, so you need a tuk tuk to go anywhere. Better to just get a more expensive hotel in town so you don’t have to pay transportation all the time. Also know that if you accept tea or coffee on arrival, you do have to pay for it.

In one word -Fantastic.It truly exceeded our expectations. The hostel is incredibly calm and private.The breakfast was delicious.Special mention goes to Sachi ,who is exceptionally friendly and an amazing person,even arranging transit for us. Honey Cafe is also a wonderful restaurant, worth a try. This is a worthy place to stay at a very reasonable and affordable price.I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely visit again in the future.

I came across this hotel by chance. Now I am glad that I came across a hotel like this by chance. Because I got a reward beyond the value of the money paid for this hotel. There is nothing to say about cleanliness. It is so tidy. Sachi runs it beautifully. The other special thing was the hospitality given to us. All the years of my life, the staff who gave me the best service was only in this hotel. Will definitely come back again. Again, the way Sachi treated us is unbelievable. The way he dealt with us. They are really great. He knows how to deal with any person. My GF and I saw it with our own eyes. I booked the hotel for one day. In the end, I booked another day and arrived after two days. Sachi, Thank you again for providing us with such a service.❤👐

According to the pictures in booking.com and the actual place it is entirely different, this is a huge scam where they are falsely adversiting good rooms on booking.com but the actual rooms are NOTHING like the pictures uploaded. Please do not scam travellers since this is unacceptable. highly do not reccomend this place to anyone. I have attached pictures of the room we stayed in. Please check it and compare against the pictures uploaded by the host, you will find that they r entirely different.

It was super friendly and lovely place

I really loved this place! The owner Sachi is so so kind. The room was really nice and clean. Shower was hot. Breakfast was great! It's a little bit far from Ella town but there are actually local buses going up and down that road all the time so it's very doable! And if you're up for it, it was a very nice walk too with beautiful views and many monkeys!
