Pool facilities had no steps or rails and the area was very slippy. There were lots of steps which might not suit someone with mobility issues.

It was incredible! One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in. The team are very family orientated and go out of their way to ensure you feel part of the family and are having a good stay. There is so much attention to detail and personal touches that make it a luxury stay. They really care about their guests, and go above and beyond. Also the katsaboo restaurant was brilliant!

Slightly out of town but that was no fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff who organised airport transfer to and from efficiently and at a decent cost in comparison to the general taxi services. Our room was clean, comfortable and the price was incredibly reasonable for the amenities at the hotel. A short walk away to the centre meant it was quiet in terms of external street noise Cave hot tub was a very nice addition
