Wat een super net hotel, goede kamers, fijne bedden, zo goed onderhouden, super netjes, gastvrij… we komen er zeker weer terug!!

Het was over het algemeen super warm, maar eigenlijk ook mooi hoe ze de warmte hergebruiken van het zwembad e.d. wat ik begrepen heb.

"Schönes Hotel, Kommunikation und Umgang verbesserungswürdig."

Zimmer, Lobby, Sauna, Pool schön, sauber, solide. Parkklatz kostenlos vor dem Haus. Morgens Shuttleservice zur Talstation der Berbahnen. Abends zu Fuß zurück problemlos bergab in 10 Minuten. Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Die Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit des Betreibers lässt leider zu wünschen übrig (zumindest in der Woche, in der wir dort waren). Es kam nicht das Gefühl eines herzlichen Willkommens auf. Schon beim ersten Empfang nicht. Gäste wurden mehrfach bei freundlichen Fragen angeranzt.
