Amerisa Suites & Villa

Struttura molto carina, camera ristrutturata recentemente. Presente armadio aperto, specchio ampio dotato di luce, mini frigo, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè con 4 cialde nespresso, rimpiazzate ad ogni utilizzo. La stanza molto ampia, letto alla francese comodissimo. Avevamo la stanza a piano terra, quindi senza balcone ma con un bello spazio esterno con tavolino e due poltrone con cuscino e un divanetto. Unica pecca bagno piccolino senza finestra, ma con ventola. Piano di appoggio del lavabo un po’ piccolo, ma avendo il bagno dimensioni ristrette non poteva essere altrimenti. Camera pulita, asciugamani sostituiti tutti i giorni nonostante in camera ci fosse un avviso che comunicava che sarebbero stati sostituiti ogni due. Ottima posizione, a piedi tramite una bellissima passeggiata tra le viette di Fira si arriva al centro in 5 minuti, quindi abbastanza lontana da non sentire il caos soprattutto di notte. La struttura è dotata anche di una piccola piscina su una terrazza panoramica al primo piano, dalla quale è possibile osservare il la parte orientale di Santorini dall’alto. Presente un parcheggio, non facile da trovare nelle strutture più in alto sull’isola, che sebbene avesse solo 4 posti si è rivelato utilissimo. Volendo si può parcheggiare anche di fronte la struttura, se si riesce a trovare parcheggio. Ralitsa, che ci ha accolto al check in, è stata super disponibile nel consigliarci esperienze da fare e a chi rivolgerci per noleggiare un’auto. Inoltre mi ha avvisato personalmente con un sms quando la camera era pronta, con 2 ore di anticipo rispetto all’orario indicato da booking. Consigliatissimo.

Was very difficult to open the room with the keys They said they have a rule to charge you 50.00 dollars if they find makeup or dirty in the bath towels. The bathroom was not clean enough and has white spots in the sink and the floor was wet that can cause a fall

Todo. La aten excelente, la ubicación hermosa, todo limpio y hermoso. La piscina un lujo, limpia y ordenada.

Bathroom smelt of damp, pictures did not match the reality. The pool is tiny, it gave my daughter chemical burns (from the actual massive white cleaner that sits in the pool) on her fingertips which required medical assistance. This was the first part of our holiday and they developed on her fingers on the last day when we were moving on. Swimming towels are old and swimming area feels like it belongs to the two rooms next to.it. If more than one family sits by pool it's crowded. Very loud noisy road outside - seems like a cut through into town.

Wonderful modern yet cozy room. Spacious, bed was crazy comfortable. Great location -- fairly easy walking distance to center of Fira.

Not really a big deal, but pool is very small (but that's the norm for the area), and would be nice if hotel offered breakfast (but breakfast options are close). Its on a very busy street, so sitting on little patio is not super pleasant so didn't really take advantage of the seaview. All the great things about the hotel outweigh any of these issues though.
